Ever wonder what it would be like to raise goats in your backyard?  How about chickens in an urban environment?

Recently I spoke with The Goat Cheese Lady, Lindsey Aparicio, and her husband Herbert, as well as CSU Extension’s Urban Agriculture Education Coordinator Blake Angelo to find out just what it takes to be an urban farmer.

Check back Sunday, Dec. 16, to learn a bit about the world’s increasingly urban population, the business side of running an urban farm and what it’s like to make cheese from fresh goat milk.
